Ticket Sales Day Information
Tickets will be available to purchase from Invercairn Community Hall on Saturday 1st July @ 9am.
○ Each person can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per event.
○ Tickets will be on sale for the following events & prices.
• Wednesday 9th August – Quiz Night and Music Bingo – £5
• Thursday 10th August – Prize Bingo – £12
• Friday 11th August – Horse Racing Night – £5
• Saturday 12th August – Marquee Extravaganza ft. Heartland – OVER 18s ONLY – £12
○ Ticket purchases are CASH ONLY and are non-refundable.
○ All ticket sales are subject to the below Ticket Terms & Conditions.
Ticket Terms and Conditions
○ All persons aged Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event.
○ All persons aged Under 16 years must will be required to vacate the Marquee tent following completion of the main-named evening (eg. on completion of bingo).
○ Entry will not be permitted to the event without a ticket.
○ Challenge 25 scheme in place – any persons who look under 25 may be asked to provide ID (i.e. Passport or Driving License) failure to do will result in being provided an Under 18’s stamp/wristband.
○ Anyone Under 18 years found in possession of alcohol will be evicted from the Gala premises.
○ Anyone found attempting to carry alcohol into the premises will be refused entry.
○ Anyone found taking / in possession of illegal drugs within the premises will be evicted and Police authorities informed.
○ Access to licensed bar area is for OVER 18’s ONLY. It is an offence for anyone under 18 years to be in possession of alcohol, and they could be charged.
